Kent-based Sleep Country USA is celebrating its 20th anniversary Sunday, June 26 with Wild Waves Theme Park in Federal Way by hosting the Wild Waves Summer Kick Off for Foster Kids.

The partnership provides 1,000 free admittance tickets to foster children and their families for a day of fun at the theme park, according to a Sleep Country media release.

During the festivities, a former foster child that has been adopted will be awarded a ceremonial ‘Key to the Park’ to ‘unlock’ the park for the special day with a giant key.

Wild Waves and Sleep Country USA are also offering half-price admission June 26 to anyone who brings a new item of clothing for foster children to the theme park for Sleep Country’s Foster Kids Clothing Drive.

Wild Waves is at 36201 Enchanted Pkwy. S., and open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. June 26. For ticket prices, go to www.wildwaves.com.
