Kent Youth and Family Services and Urbia Fresh Café will host Coffee House Sessions from 6-8 p.m.  June 24 at 415 Central Ave. N. in downtown Kent.

Urbia provides the perfect setting for guests to enjoy local artists as they share poetry, music, comedy and whatever else moves them.

The cost is $4 per ticket or two tickets for $5 and a portion of the evening’s food and beverage sales benefiting KYFS, this is sure to be an event unlike any you have attended before.

Also, if you are feeling the itch to recite some original poetry, need to move an audience to an acoustic guitar performance, can make people laugh or have a talent that everyone must see, we want to see you at this event. We will be awarding prizes for crowd favorites and this will be a great opportunity to put your skills on display.

So, whether you are performing or just looking for a night out, we hope to see you at Urbia on the 24th.
