Kent clothing bank needs donations

The Kent Area Council PTA Clothing bank urgently needs donations.
The bank serves Kent School District students.
The items needed include shirts - long sleeve or short; pants and jeans - for all ages; sweatshirts; winter warmth items - hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, jackets; backpacks; new socks and underwear.
Gently used items are welcome on everything requested, except undergarments.
The drop box is at the Kent Phoenix Academy, 11000 S.E. 264th St., on the East Hill. Donations can be dropped off any time day or night.
The next open night for those who need to use the clothing bank is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13 at the Kent Phoenix Academy.
