Kentwood Students are finalists for literature competition

Three Kentwood ninth-grade students were among 20 finalists of the 648 high school entries in the Washington State Letters about Literature Writing Contest 2012.
The students wrote letters about The Power of One by Bryce Courtenay. They will be recognized along with the other finalists on May 11 in the Capitol Rotunda in Olympia.
