On Friday night The Kent Reporter and Castle Bridge Winery will present Round Two of "Laugh the Knights Away," Kent's comedy laugh-off.

The fun starts 8 p.m. at the winery, located at 7645 S. 180th St., Kent.

This is the second in a series of three shows where the audience votes for a winner to go on to the finals. Round Three is set for Aug. 28 and the Finals for Sept. 18.

Those of you familiar with the Seattle Comedy Scene will recognize the names of this week's contestants: Jordan D, Edi Zanidache, Lukas Seely, Andrew Rivers and host Mike Corning.

Billed as "a man from the future," Jordan D touches on the possibility of time travel and the logic behind teleportation.

Of Edi Zanidache, organizers say, this: "When he's wrong, somehow he's right!"

Lukas Seely is known for his energy and antics.

Andrew Rivers peppers his routine with true-life stories

Tickets are $12 in advance, or $15 at the door.

The price includes comedy show, a glass of wine or 3 tastings. Wine also is available for purchase during the show, as well as a cheese basket and light snacks. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Call the wintery at 425-251-0983 to purchase tickets, or stop in. Visit the winery's Web site at www.castlebridgewinery.com
