Legionaries of the American Legion Post 15, of Kent, open and lead the way for the start of Covington Days Festival Parade last Saturday.

The American Legion Post is one of the largest veterans service organizations in the country. An official SeaFair-sanctioned event, Covington Days has been a staple in the community since 1986.

The festival – always on the third weekend in July – focuses on providing family fun while promoting community spirit.
