Scaring up a ghoulish Halloween in Kent

Whether they were at a city-sponsored party at Kent Commons or enjoying an afternoon outing with their dogs dressed in embarrassing costumes, people in Kent got out and had a hauntingly fun time! Check out these pictures, taken at the City of Kent's Halloween party at Kent Commons, and Reber Ranch, which had a "Howl and Prowl" party on the biggest ghoul day of the year.
