The King County Prosecutor's office added a third rape charge against Phillip Baldwin, age 20, from Maple Valley.

The attack occurred July 28 in Covington. The victim, a 21-years-old woman had just left the LA Fitness. Baldwin is alleged to have grabbed and choked her, then dragged her to a nearby wooded area where she was raped.

According to the King County Sheriff's detectives, DNA evidence has linked Baldwin to a July 28 attack.

Baldwin will be arraigned on the charge at 9 a.m. at Courtroom GA at the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent.

Baldwin is already in custody and charged with second-degree rape and attempted rape for attacks that occurred in Seattle, Sept. 22, and in Covington Sept. 30.
