State Sen. Joe Fain changes oil to help promote Kent's Self-Serve Garage / Slide Show

State Sen. Joe Fain, R-Auburn, of the 47th Legislative District, appeared at a Kent Chamber of Commerce event April 14 to help promote the grand opening of Self-Serve Garage, 221 Washington Ave. N., in Kent. Customers can rent space at the garage to work on their vehicles. The charge is $10 to rent an oil-change bay.
