Kent Emergency Coordination Center advises residents to stay off roads if possible

This is a message from Kent Emergency Coordination Center regarding the current cold weather event.

Power is out in many areas and we recommend the following:

Stay off the road unless absolutely necessary, DO NOT USE GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS INDOORS,
Check on you r neighbors, stay warm by gathering family in one room, and layering clothes, if you use a generator keep it outside and away from doorways and windows.
