Pasco bans medical marijuana gardens; is Kent next?

The city of Pasco beat Kent to the punch by at least one day when the Pasco City Council voted 5-2 on Monday to ban medical marijuana collective gardens.

The Kent City Council will consider a medical marijuana collective garden ban at its 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 5 meeting. The Council is expected to adopt the ban on a 4-3 vote unless a council member changes their mind from previous statements at committee and council meetings.
