Tukwila police to host 'Tip-a-cop' Friday for families of Lakewood officers

The Tukwila Police Department is hosting a "Tip-a-cop" fundraiser Friday evening to raise money for the families of the Lakewood Police Officers killed Nov. 29.

The event is being hosted by the Claim Jumper at 5901 S. 180th St. in Tukwila and all donations collected between 4 and 11 p.m. will go to the trust established for the families of Mark Renninger, Tina Griswold, Greg Richards and Ronnie Owens who were all gunned down at a coffee shop before their shift this past weekend.

Valley SWAT, Tukwila Fire Department and Les Schwab will also be on hand for the event.
