Kent man posing as nanny facing child-pornography charges

(From the Seattle Post-Intelligencer)
Authorities say a Kent man accused of downloading more than 1,000 images of child pornography over his neighbor's unsecured wireless connection was also surfing for a job -- as a nanny.
Bruce A. Williamson, 45, was charged late last week with a single count of possession of child pornography after Seattle officers assigned to an Internet crime task force allegedly found child porn on his computer.
According to court documents, a Yahoo.com subsidiary filed a tip with a national clearinghouse in July 2008 alleging that a user had uploaded five suspected images of child pornography through the site. That tip was ultimately passed to the Seattle task force, which was able to trace the offending Internet address to a Kent apartment building where Williamson resided.
