A Holiday Open House and fundraiser for New Connections of South King County is set for 4:30-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13 at the Kent Chamber of Commerce, 524 W. Meeker St.
New Connections is a nonprofit agency that helps individuals recently released from prison or jail transition back to society through educational programs, referrals and other services.
The Open House features wine tasting and appetizers as well as raffle prizes. All proceeds benefit New Connections.
