NTSB final report confirms pilot who crashed plane that killed Kentlake swim coach was drunk

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) confirmed that "the pilot's physical impairment due to alcohol" caused a crash last year near Mount Si in North Bend that killed all three people on board, including Kentlake High School swim coach Seth Dawson.

State Patrol troopers are back out this week conducting an aggressive driving emphasis in King County, including Interstate 5 and Highway 167. Troopers will have help from truckers to look for motorists who are driving unsafely around big trucks during the emphasis from March 11-15, according to a State Patrol media release.
