Phyllis Williams, born March 2, 1924 in Kent, WA, passed away peacefully, Friday, May 26, 2017. She was the daughter of Charles and Mary Cook, and the widow of Chester W. Williams.
She is survived by sons Chet (Bud) Williams Jr., and Daniel Williams, sister Clarissa Hayes, 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Williams, brothers Arthur and Walter Cook, and long-time companion Tom Fletcher.
Phyllis graduated from Kent High School, and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She enjoyed family gatherings, her grandchildren, boating, travels in her motor home, and was a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. James Church at 24447 94th Ave. S., Kent,WA 98030.
