Do you wonder if perhaps Boeing is enhancing its political footprint with the dealings on the East Coast?

If so, the West Coast must bear with the company and indeed heed Sen. Murray’s direction: Be the best we can be and put out a superior product with efficiency and pride. The real deal will be when one of the two 787 production lines is to be shut down. If Boeing customers want West Coast-built products we will have proven our worth and saved our work.

Boeing cannot see or will not see what outsourcing has done to the company.
