Conquerors roll past Rams 42-7 | NPSL football

Justin Seiber threw for 245 yards and four touchdowns, directing Kentwood past Mount Rainier 42-7 in a 4A North Puget Sound League Cascade Division game at French Field on Saturday night.

The Conquerors improved to 3-1 in the division, 4-2 overall. The Rams dropped to 1-3 and 1-5.

Seiber, a 6-foot-3, 185-pound senior, has thrown for 2,069 yards and 24 touchdowns with only three interceptions this season.

Jake Moore and Stephen Watson each caught a pair of TD passes for Kentwood, which rolled up 404 yards of offense.

Dyson Johnson ran for 82 yards and a TD, and Akil Brown added a 57-yard scoring run.

Elsewhere

At Tahoma 38, Kentlake 20: Conner Lambro threw for 244 yards and three touchdowns as the Bears (4-0, 5-1) stayed atop the NPSL Cascade Division race with a win over the Falcons (3-1, 4-2) in Covington on Friday night.

Jeremiah Woods returned a fumble 37 yards for a TD and caught a 63-yard scoring pass from Brandon Mortenson for Kentlake.

Hazen 65, at Kentridge 20: Delvon McNeely ran for 225 yards and six touchdowns as the Highlanders (3-1, 4-2) routed the Chargers (0-4, 1-5) in an NPSL Cascade Division game at French Field on Friday night.

Jaxon Ingram threw three TD passes for Hazen.

Kennedy Catholic 43, at Kent-Meridian 13: Sam Huard threw for 411 yards and three touchdowns and Kendell Oakes ran for 103 as the Lancers (2-2, 4-2) defeated the Royals (0-4, 0-6) in NPSL Cascade Division play at French Field on Thursday night.

Isaac Cordova completed 14 of 29 passes for 212 yards and two touchdowns – one to Curtis Rollins for 60 yards, the other to Aaron Tupou covering 11 yards – for Kent-Meridian.
