Frances Eva Hopper, of Kent, WA, died on September 29, 2018 at the age of 94.
She is survived by four children: Richard Hopper of Tukwila, Sandra Burt of Tahuya, Deborah Jacobson of Renton, Charles Hopper of Graham, and brother, Glenn Gott, of Wenatchee. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Hopper and daughter, Scherryl Ulrich.
