The Kent-Meridian High School Drama program presents Peter Schaffer’s “Black Comedy” on Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20.

The show begins at 7 p.m. each night at the school’s Performing Arts Center, 10020 SE 256th St. Tickets are available at showtix4u.com/event-details/74470 and at the door. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children.

The play, set in London, tells the hilarious story of young artist, Brindsely, trying to sell his sculptures to a German millionaire. Everything goes crazy once the power goes out and his ex-girlfriend shows up while he is entertaining his fiancé and her overly critical father. The production runs 75 minutes and is most appropriate for those 12 years and older.
