Homes sales in Kent jumped 35.8 percent and prices climbed 17.1 percent in July compared to the same month last year.
A total of 144 homes were sold at a median price at $296,500, according to numbers compiled by Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company.
Homes spent a median 13 days on the market.
The numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers.
