Street of Treats coming up Oct. 30 in downtown Kent

Family fun event to feature treats, costume contest

Kent Downtown Partnership’s third annual Street of Treats autumn festival is set for 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30.

It’s a chance to show off your creativity and costumes at the free family fun event. Enter the costume contest for a chance to win prizes. Participating merchants are welcoming masked visitors to stop in and get a spooktacular treat. Bring a weatherproof bag to collect treats.

There will be kid’s activities, photo opportunities and more. Help support the Kent Food Bank and bring a nonperishable food donation.

Visit the Kent Downtown Partnership website at downtownkentwa.com for more information and to register for the event. Registration is not required, but strongly recommended.
