Meet Kent Xfinity store manager: Leo Bulaong

For Leo Bulaong, customer service isn’t just a job, it’s calling.

As the manager of the Kent Xfinity Store, Leo has spent the last three years ensuring customers receive world-class products and experiences that simplify their lives. His passion for service is rooted in his own journey, one that spans thousands of miles and multiple communities.

Born in the Philippines, Leo moved to Anchorage, Alaska, as a child, where he learned the values of hard work and perseverance.

Years later, he made Washington his home, attending Green River College, where he deepened his commitment to community engagement. Today, he’s not only a respected leader at Xfinity, but also a proud Kent resident with deep family ties to the city.

At Xfinity’s Kent store, manager Leo Bulaong believes in the power of technology and innovation to transform lives.
