Drivers should expect heavy traffic late Wednesday afternoon and early evening around the ShoWare Center and downtown streets in Kent because of the large crowd attending an event featuring motivational speaker Tony Robbins.
The event will end around 5 p.m. at the ShoWare Center, 625 W. James St. That’s the same time many commuters are driving the same streets visitors to the ShoWare Center use.
City officials recommend that regular commuters use alternate routes.
