Firefighters extinguish shed fire in Kent

In 25200 block of Reith Road

Firefighters from Puget Sound Fire extinguished a shed and deck fire at a home Monday afternoon in the 25200 block of Reith Road in Kent.

The fire broke out about 1 p.m. in a shed and spread to the deck of the house, according to a Puget Sound Fire tweet. Nobody was injured. An investigator will try to determine the cause of the fire.

Crews shut down Reith Road temporarily between 46th Avenue South and South 253rd Street.
