Free vaccines for children set for Aug. 19 at Kent YMCA

Go-Vax Kids mobile unit will provide childhood and COVID vaccines

Go-Vax Kids will offer free childhood and COVID-19 vaccines for children ages 6 months to 18 years old from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19 at the Kent YMCA, 10828 SE 248th St.

Go-Vax Kids is a 2023 publicly grant funded mobile vaccination clinic program to provide COVID, influenza and routine childhood immunizations to children in areas of highest need based on social vulnerability in King County.

Go-Vax Kids partners with school districts and community-based organizations to provide on-site pediatric vaccinations at schools, districtwide vaccine events and at community-based hosted events.
