Kent Fire Department put out an apartment fire in the 11000 block of Kent Kangley Road this afternoon.
There were no injuries. Two adults and six children live there.
This just in from the Seattle Red Cross: The Red Cross is responding to a residential fire in Kent (11020 SE Kent-Kangley Rd). The Red Cross has been requested to provide assistance to two adults and six children, which could include shelter, food, clothing and other immediate needs.
On average, the American Red Cross Serving King & Kitsap Counties responds to an emergency like this every 48 hours. All Red Cross assistance is free.
