Kent sets live video information sessions for high school seniors

Questions, concerns, graduation ceremony ideas to be addressed

Kent School District (KSD) high school seniors and families are invited to join Superintendent Calvin Watts and their high school’s principal for a virtual senior class meeting as they answer questions for the class of 2020.

Participants can hear answers to their questions and concerns for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year, according to a Kent School District website posting.

It will be a chance to begin planning important events, including graduation. Here’s the schedule:

Kentwood

When: Wednesday, April 29, from 1-2 p.m.

Where: Watch the Kentwood live event in Microsoft Teams.

Ask questions in advance using the KSD High School Virtual Senior Class Meetings form.

Kent-Meridian

When: Thursday, April 30, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Where: Watch the Kent-Meridian live event in Microsoft Teams.

Ask questions in advance using the KSD High School Virtual Senior Class Meetings form.

Kent Mountain View Academy & Kent Phoenix Academy

When: Thursday, April 30, from 1-2 p.m.

Where: Watch the Kent Mountainview Academy & Kent Phoenix Academy live event in Microsoft Teams.

Kentridge

When: Friday, May 1, from 11 a.m. -12 p.m.

Where: Watch the Kentridge live event in Microsoft Teams.

Kentlake

When: Friday, May 1, from 1-2 p.m.

Where: Watch the Kentlake live event in Microsoft Teams.
