The Sheriff’s Office sent a news release Dec. 21 asking that any motorist or commercial driver who traveled westbound on Highway 18 from Southeast 231st Street to Auburn Way between 9:30 and 10 a.m. on Dec. 14 to contact investigators if their vehicle has a dashboard or similar camera with video saved from that date and time.

Major Crimes Unit detectives may be reached at 206-296-3311 or mcutips@kingcounty.gov. Reference case C20039619.

As of Monday morning Dec. 21, the identity of the woman and her cause of death had yet to be released by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office.
