Some Xfinity and Comcast Business customers in Kent are experiencing an interruption to their services, which began Tuesday morning, April 22 when a Comcast cable line was damaged from vandalism.
“Our dedicated network maintenance crews are working to replace the damaged lines, and service restoration is expected by 4 p.m. today (Tuesday),” according to Comcast. “Reconnecting your service is our top priority. Thank you for your patience and for being our customer.”
“When vandals intentionally cut cables, they cause network service outages, and we need your help,” according to Comcast. “If you see something suspicious, please report it to your local law enforcement agency.”
