A limited number of garden plots are still available for rent at King County’s North Green River Park in Kent. Each plot measures 10 feet wide by 40 feet long, and costs just $50 to rent per season. Plots are renewable from year to year.
The garden plots are located at Central Avenue South and South 259th Street in Kent, and are easily accessible from State Route 167.
Interested gardeners can call 206-205-3661 to request an application form and a chart that shows the available plots from which to choose.
Gardeners can also be assigned a plot from parks staff. Download a registration form and driving directions. Mail the completed form with payment to the address printed on the form.
