Before a season high 6,009 fans at the ShoWare Center on Teddy Bear Toss last Saturday night, Seattle defeated the Portland Winterhawks 4-3 to end a 15-game losing streak.

The game was delayed 10 minutes while the teddy bears and other stuffed animals were cleared off the ice. The bears were collected by the WARM 106.9 Teddy Bear Patrol and will be given to police and fire departments who will distribute them to children in times of emergency and crisis.
