Two victims identified in separate Kent vehicle crashes

Each was a passenger in collisions over New Year’s weekend

A 30-year-old Kent woman and 18-year-old SeaTac man killed as passengers in separate vehicle crashes over the New Year’s weekend have been identified.

Yisel Navarro Ramos, 30, of Kent, died of multiple blunt force injuries in a Dec. 30 crash in the 12400 block of SE 256th Street, according to the Jan. 2 media report by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Ramos was ejected and killed during a collision with another vehicle at about 1:51 a.m., according to Kent Police.

Rson-Harland K. Tilfas, 18, of SeaTac, died of multiple blunt force injuries in a single-vehicle crash Dec. 29 in the 26400 block of Lake Fenwick Road, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Tilfas was riding in a vehicle that left the road at about 4:22 a.m. and crashed into a tree and power pole, according to Kent Police. Officers arrested the driver, 19, of Covington, for investigation of vehicular homicide.
