Auburn shooting kills one teen, leaves two others seriously injured

Police don’t have a suspect description in Sept. 23 incident

A shooting killed one teen and injured two others in Auburn on Friday, Sept. 23, according to the Auburn Police Department.

At approximately 9 p.m. Sept. 23, police responded to a shooting near 10th Street and I Street Northeast.

Once on scene, officers found three 17-year-old boys. One was deceased and the two others were transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment for their injuries. As of Sept. 24, the two boys were in critical and serious condition, according to the Auburn Police Department.

As of Sept. 27, police hadn’t released a description of the suspect in the shooting.
