Doris Meda Smith, née Thompson, died peacefully on Monday, February 3, 2025. Doris was born in Bremerton, Washington on December 8, 1924 to Meade Thompson and Lulu Bunker Thompson. In September of 1950 Doris married Edwin L. Smith from Texas (1925-2016). Doris is survived by two daughters Patricia Cameron and Carolyn Lighty, and grandson Jacob Lighty
