Janice Arlene Drahos

Janice Arlene Drahos, age 65, passed away at the Franciscan

Hospice House in University Place, WA. She had been a resident

of the Enumclaw for the past 2 years.

She was born on March 19, 1943 in Auburn, WA. to William Carlton

and Virginia Mae (McPherson) Nyseth. She graduated from Kent High

School in 1961. From 1962 till 1969 she was married to Joseph Ansite.

The couple had two children. She married Stanley Drahos in North

Pole, Alaska on September 12, 1969. The couple resided in Mound,

Minnesota for many years, prior to his death in 2005.

She was a legal secretary for several years, prior to working for

Tonka Toys, Corporation for many years. She retired as a secretary

from Comp Rehab in Minnesota.

She enjoyed gardening, reading, scrapbooking, lunching with

her friends, her 3 cats and living as a snowbird in Arizona.

A Memorial Service will begin at 1:00PM on Wednesday, Nov 12

at the Edline,Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel in Kent, WA. Private

inurnment will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Kent, WA.
