Donald Trump is the best choice for president.

Over the past eight years, we have become a divided country. We are on the verge of race wars. We need a leader who can unite us. We have become an international laughing stock. Our allies don’t trust us and our enemies don’t fear us. Trump will reverse this.

Trump is the true outsider candidate. He is not a polished and smooth politician. Heck, I wake up every morning wondering what bit of honesty Trump will provide us today. This country has become a nation of wimps. We are afraid to say things for fear of being called vicious names from the left. Trump says things and doesn’t apologize. I like that. What I get from Hillary is polished fakeness with a shrill laugh mixed with coughing fits.

Trump is a successful businessman and a proven leader. He understands the importance of operating business within a given budget. If there is a problem, he will arrange to have it dealt with. Trump’s positive attitude about the United States is a winner with me. With Hillary, a D.C. insider, the problems she was complaining about 25 years ago she is still complaining about in this election. She has done nothing in 25 years to solve these problems she claims to care about.

She is fake.

I watched the Republican convention and was dismayed at some of the things I heard. However, the Trump family was introduced. The Trump kids really impressed me. Very well spoken and they came across as good citizens. This goes to great parenting.

I didn’t agree with all their views, but classic American liberals should agree with some things the Trumps believe in.

Trump is obviously pro-America. He truly loves this country and wants to put the interests of this country and its workers first. Trump’s positive attitude about this country is opposite of Hillary’s continuation of Obama’s attitude that this is a racist, sexist, bigoted and homophobic country that needs to be taken down a notch. Trump believes we are a great country, Hillary believes we should be on an equal level with some third world nation. Hillary will put her interests in front of the interests of you and me. Just look at Benghazi, the personal email scandal and the Clinton Foundation.

I expect Trump will enforce current immigration laws. I am not expecting mass deportations of illegal immigrants. What I am expecting is a leader who will enforce current immigration law. I am also expecting the borders to be protected. There are Latin gang members coming across the border committing crimes and murdering our citizens. There are also Islamic-fascist terrorists committing terrorists acts killing our citizens. Trump will put an end to this.

We are a nation of laws, and Trump will follow these laws. Hillary will expand what Obama has done and invite more of the riffraff into the country. And, if you oppose it, she will call you a racist and a bigot. Then, if she can’t legally do something, she will issue an executive order allowing her to do it.

I expect Trump will bring sanity back to federal spending. Obama has added to the federal debt more than all the previous presidents combined. Trump is a businessman who knows how to operate within a budget. We have to stop burdening our children and grandchildren with trillions of dollars of debt.

I have heard concerns about Trump’s treatment of women. He has promoted women in the work place and he has many women working for his campaign. Hillary headed up the “bimbo eruption” team during Bill Clinton’s presidency. Hillary made mince meat of women who had affairs with her husband, all in the name of protecting Bill. She was vicious against other women.

I know Trump isn’t perfect and polished. He is brash and says things that are eye-opening. But so do many Americans, including me. We are not voting for the Pope. We are voting for a leader who will unite this country, lead us into the future and make us great.

Donald Trump for President.
