The Tacoma Stars have announced that CityMD Urgent Care will be the jersey partner for the Stars’ 2018-19 Major Arena Soccer League season.

The Stars unveiled their new kit Monday at the Kent CityMD location. Joe Passanante, MD and Tyler Munson, MD from CityMD, along with Stars owner Lane Smith and midfielder Phillip Lund revealed the first look at the new jersey.

As part of its continued partnership with the Stars, CHI Franciscan brings CityMD in as the front of jersey partner.

“We are excited to be an active participant in the communities we serve and to partner with the Tacoma Stars through our CHI Franciscan relationship as CityMD continues to grow in the Puget Sound area,” said Passanante, MD, senior vice president of Medical Operations, CityMD.

“This gives the Tacoma Stars a fresh new look to our iconic jersey and also celebrates a great partnership with CityMD and CHI Franciscan,” Smith added.

CityMD has seven locations throughout the Puget Sound region.

Although the schedule has not been released, the Stars return to action in December. Tacoma is set to host 12 regular-season matches.

Season tickets are now on sale by calling 1-844-STARS-84 or going to www.tacomastars.com.
