The Kent Little League 9-10 All-Stars took care of business on Saturday, upending Auburn 4-1 in Federal Way for the District 10 title.

It’s the second-straight year Kent has won the crown. With the win, its fourth in a row at the tournament, the Kent Little Leaguers advance to the state tournament, which is slated for mid-July in SeaTac.

Ryan Anderton enjoyed a big performance against Auburn, working 5 2/3 innings on the mound, striking out five and allowing one earned run. Anderton, however, wasn’t done there as he collected a pair of hits and two RBIs at the plate. Travis Hansen also chipped in a pair of hits for the Kent team.
