National Signing Day for Kentridge | Photos

Four Chargers offically signed to play college sports.

Nov. 13 was National Signing day and four Kentridge Chargers signed their letters of intent to play sports at the next level.

Three girls soccer players and one baseball player signed their letters on inside Kentridge High School.

Addison Stendera, Sierra Wallace and Alexis Natividad all signed to play college soccer before their state tournament game in Wenatchee.

All three soccer players are set to drive east, some just further than others. Alexis Natividad (goalkeeper) is set to head to Caldwell, Idaho, to play for the College of Idaho. Addison Stendera (defender) signed with the University of Montana. Sierra Wallace (forward) heads the farthest east — she is now signed to play soccer at Minot State University in North Dakota.

The lone baseball player was catcher Teegan O’Brien, signing to play baseball at Yakima Valley Community College.

Head Coach Jeff Fleming made remarks about his three seniors as well as Cade Stober, who talked about O’Brien.

The four have impacted their programs immensely. The three soccer players were on a drought-snapping team last year and got back to the state tournament. O’Brien has been a leader on the diamond, helping the Chargers get to the state tournament last year for the first time since since 2013.
