Registration is open for ShoWare Shootout

3-on-3 basketball tournament returns July 13-14

The 10th annual ShoWare Shootout basketball tournament tips off Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14 at the accesso ShoWare Center, 625 W. James St. in Kent.

The event, presented by Republic Services, is one of South King County’s premier three-on-three basketball events and features age divisions for men, women, boys and girls, seniors and wheelchair.

Games are scheduled throughout both days on outdoor courts, with the finals set for Sunday.

Tournament organizers look to field 120 teams, a showcase for nearly 500 players.

The entry fee, which includes three games and T-shirts for each player, is $65. All ages and skill levels are welcome. The deadline to register is July 10.
