The Seattle Thunderbirds are pleased to announce their Training Camp schedule for the 2009-10 season.
T-Birds Training Camp opens with Rookie Camp check in on Friday, August 21. The first Rookie Camp scrimmage will be on Saturday, August 22, at Kent Valley Ice Centre at 10 a.m. There is a second scrimmage on August 22, at 4 p.m., also at Kent Valley Ice Centre.
On Sunday, August 23, the venue changes to the ShoWare Center, where there will be rookie scrimmages at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
All scrimmages at Rookie Camp are open to the public.
T-Birds Main Training Camp begins on Monday, August 24, with check in and fitness testing. The Main Camp on-ice sessions will feature scrimmages on Tuesday, August 25, and Wednesday, August 26, at 7 p.m. at ShoWare Center. These scrimmages will be open to the public.
Fans attending any of the scrimmages should enter ShoWare Center from the east side of the building. The Hockey Store will also be open during all training camp scrimmages.
