Thunderbirds announce 7-game preseason schedule

The reigning Western Hockey League champion Seattle Thunderbirds have announced their seven-game September preseason schedule.

The T-Birds start the exhibition slate at the Delta Hotels Preseason Classic at Xfinity Area, opening against the Vancouver Giants at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 1. Classic play will continue the following day as the T-Birds face the Everett Silvertips at 7 p.m. The Classic comes to a close for the T-Birds at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, against the Spokane Chiefs.

The T-Birds’ lone preseason game at the ShoWare Center is against Everett at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16.

T-Birds single-game tickets for the 2017-18 regular season go on sale online at 10 a.m. Aug. 23 and at the ShoWare Center box office.

The T-Birds complete 2017-18 regular season schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.

T-Birds season tickets for the 2017-18 season are on sale. Season tickets can be purchased by calling the T-Birds office at 253-239-7825.
