Grade: Sophomore.

Sport: Tennis.

Accomplishments: Overland won his first two boys singles matches in the Class 4A state tournament last weekend and earned the third-place medal. He also won a sportsmanship award.

Favorite class: Art.

If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve?: I would invite any nice girl. We would go to the Yen-Ching restaurant in Tacoma.

Also noted: Overland likes to write poetry and says, “I want to use this skill to become a rapper and save hip-hop, and bring hip-hop back to the way it was in the 1990s.
