Kevin John Stoner, 25, of Kent, passed away December 28, 2008. He will be missed by his parents Ken & Jennifer, brother Brian, sister Chelsey, many aunts & uncles: Tom & Susan Hamilton, Art & Jody Starr, David & Shirley Sheff, Odie & Karen Odom, and Roger & June Peterson & their families.Kevin loved weight-lifting, the beach, hiking, fishing, reading, and hanging out with his many friends.He was a graduate of Kentwood High School in 2002 and Washington State University in 2006 where he graduated with honors in Criminal Justice. He worked as a Community Corrections Officer in Seattle.There will be a gathering of family & friends on Saturday, Janu-ary 3 from 11:00-3:00 at the family home. In lieu of flowers guests may bring a donation of warm hats or gloves to be distributed to the homeless in Seattle.Arrangements by Marlatt Funeral Home of Kent.
