Head tennis pro Allan Overland, the staff at Boeing Employee Tennis Club and Kent 4 Health hosted a free event June 24 for Kent 4 Health’s ‘Cruzin’ Passport’ participants. Kids were given tennis tips from instructors and played fun drills to build beginning tennis skills. Some parents got into the action too! Janet Best, club manager, said that BETC is excited to be part of the Cruzin’ Passport Challenge and to promote community wellness. Snacks were generously donated by Lake Meridian QFC.
