Charlie Wilson, a rhythm and blues singer, performs at 7 p.m. April 23 at the ShoWare Center in Kent.

Wilson is the former lead singer of the Gap Band, a popular band in the 1980s. Wilson anchored the hits “Outstanding” and “You Dropped the Bomb on Me.”

The show, part of Wilson’s Grown and Sexy Tour, also includes R&B singers Joe Thomas and Carl Thomas.

Tickets are $100 for gold circle seats, $65 for premium, $49 for reserved, $39 for view and $29 for value seats.
