Deplorable roads need attention

Regarding the Scenic Hill road conditions, specifically Reiten Road after the sewer was dug up down the right side of the road:

The conditions are terrible from Chicago Street southward to Kent Cemetery. Heavy traffic goes either north or south on Reiten Road. The surface is so rough that people are cutting through three separate roads that lead straight to Crest Avenue.

We have no speed signs on our street that goes about three blocks.

We even have dump trucks with trailers taking shortcuts.

It is possible to have one or two speed bumps put in? Speed circles are not possible as there are a few RVs in the area.
