Kent’s Bailey named to All-Academic cross country team for Clayton State

Clayton State (Morrow, Ga.) men’s cross country runner Matt Bailey, a 2010 Kent-Meridian graduate, was named to the Peach Belt All-Academic team earlier this week by the league offices.
Bailey, who has been Clayton State’s No. 2 runner most of the season, was one of 12 runners in the league to receive the All-Academic honor.
Bailey, a junior, holds a 3.32 grade point average in communications and media studies.
Clayton State returns to action Nov. 9 in the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional in Charlotte, N.C.
