Marijuana ban hurts city fortunes

I am extremely disappointed that the Kent City Council has decided to ban marijuana in the city. Turning down business opportunities and increased employment and the biggie, increased taxes.
The city must be doing remarkably well and must not need any increased revenue. I am expecting the services in the city to increase and my taxes to go down.
If this is not the case then I will scream loudly and consistently that you had a chance to get extra revenue and you turned it down. Do not come to me for extra money when you turn down legitimate opportunities.
Get your collective heads out of the sand and join the 21st century.
